I joined the bodybuilding.com 100K Transformation Challenge and that hot mess above was my entry picture. Good gracious! My body language was screaming discomfort. Once I started lifting, thanks to Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer, my body started to take on the shape I had imagined. I always thought that I wanted to be "skinny" but I was loving my muscles, y'all!
After watching my body transform, I decided that I wanted to compete in the sport of bodybuilding. At least once! I tried training myself for a while but I wasn't seeing the results that I wanted. Then came Susie...
Please excuse my sleepy face in the January picture but I legit woke up, dressed and started taking shameless selfies that morning. Haha!
My biceps still measure in at 12.5" but there is more muscle than fat now. I'm down 2" in my natural waist and around my navel region. Each thigh is 1" trimmer. We're working on building muscle now so I'm excited and hopeful!
If you are thinking about making positive changes in your life, start now. If you "mess up", move on but don't you dare quit.
